The Group launched soymilk drink - VITASOY in Hong Kong.

1975

The Group introduced Hong Kong's first Tetra Brik Aseptic packaging.

1976

New VITA line of juice drinks was launched in Hong Kong.

1979

Launch of VITA Lemon Tea. It was the world's first ready-to-drink lemon tea.

1987

New HK$100 million head office and plant opened in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong.

1993

Acquisition of a tofu plant on the West Coast of the US.

1994

The Group was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Official opening of Shenzhen plant in mainland China.

1998

Official opening of a wholly-owned plant in Shanghai, mainland China.

Vitasoy USA Inc. officially opened its new Nasoya Foods facility in Ayer, Massachusetts in the USA.

2001

The Group opened its first manufacturing plant in Australia.

2002

Vitasoy International received the Caring Company logo from the Hong Kong Council of Social Services for the first time, which demonstrated the Group’s efforts in giving to the community.

2006

Selected VITA tea and juice products were launched in mainland China – imported from Hong Kong under the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA).

2007

SAN SUI Tofu series was launched in Hong Kong.

2008

Acquisition of Unicurd Food in Singapore.

2009

Hong Kong Gourmet was awarded the meal service provider for the athletes in the East Asian Games.

2010

Vitasoy celebrated its 70th Anniversary.

2011

Official opening of new Foshan plant in Mainland China.
