2. 幫助您攝取更多源自植物的營養
在飲食中包含更多植物性食品,能夠幫助你改善多種重要營養的攝取量。此舉有助減少攝取飽和脂肪(「壞」脂肪),增加攝取有益的植物營養成分,包括植物蛋白、膳食纖維、多元不飽和脂肪、植物營養素(植物獨有的營養成分)和某些礦物質(例如鉀。1-7
